Email Doesnt get sent so I can change it

Do you have access to phpMyAdmin? If so, it’s very simple. In the phpMyAdmin window, you will see your database listed in the left column. Clicking on it will show you all the tables inside it. You need to locate the _options table and click to open it.

It will now show you the data rows inside the options table. You need to click on the ‘Edit’ button next to the row where option_name is ‘admin_email’.

Change the email and click Go.

im not to sure what the php thing is, but i followed instructions and still having probems

Just to make sure I understand what your problem is:
1. Are you trying to change admin email address?
2. Are you trying to change another’s user email address?
