Email doesn’t contain “values” of form fields

  • Hello CF7 thank you very much for the wonderful plugin. Can anyone help me for following issue:
    I have created three types of Forms for three different types of pages. To fix any one type of page/form will resolve probably others too. As all three are similar types in nature.
    My URL is https://www.kampun.com/samples-landing-page/
    Here once we fill in the data or choose the values and submit I recieve the email but only recieving name, subject etc, not others data/values like raido buttons, checkboxes vaules.
    Can anyone please help for the same?
