Email does not work at all

    I requested some help many days ago and I have not received a single line in response. Please help with this UNLESS I have to have the PAY VERSION in order to get your attention.
    I have done everything as per your documentation and my emails do not go out. I have like 10 attempts that show zero (0) sent.
    I have an successful authenticated account, I am using my website domain email (example: ‘[email protected]’), and I am still unable to make it work. Please help ASAP.

    If this works for me then I will move next to buy the paid version of this pluging.

  • I also wonder what’s happening. I have been using the free version of Mailpoet since almost 3 years without any issue but last week, my newsletter did not go out!

    I checked that everything was well setup on my WP which was, but in Mailpoet “Newsletter” section I see this below message:

    “`Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The MailPoet sending service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:

    You may have reached your plan’s subscription limit. Manage your subscriptions.
    You might have a bad deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

    Check your send method settings.`”

    I hope that someone from support can help. People register to my website via a form, so they asked to receive my newsletters.
