Email does not send AFTER paypay IPN clears and donation is marked as paid

I was surprised that the plugin is designed to send the payment notice before the ipn returns paid. It sends an email right before going to paypal, which is not really that useful. I, like many, do not want to refer a donator back to my website without a login to see their payment details.

What would be much nicer would be a notice after the payment clears that thanks them for the donation of X amount to the specific campaign they supported.
