    Hello there,

    I installed the plugin and wanted to test it – the test is successful and it also appears once its being sent that the email went through but it actually doesnt reach my inbox.

    usually it showed me on the entries page of the form if there was an issue – its not showing anything now. but the form does not come through at all.

    There are far too many issues that it could be. Start at the ground. What do your logs show you? Did you enable debugging for the plugin? What did that show you? Is the email actually sitting in your Spam folder? What about your Junk folder? What about your email providers spam filter? etc… etc… etc…
