Email does not contain links to download the file

    Hello sir/mam

    I’ve been using woocommerce since 2014, but recently the download link is not working. When the customer is buying a new product after payment, wc is not sending the download link.

    Here’s the problem after updating woocommerce 3.3.3

    Hey @bhupennath,

    If this is something that you noticed after updating WooCommerce, it sounds like there might be a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

    To check and see if this is the case, try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and disabling all of your plugins except WooCommerce and placing a test order. If the download links appear in the order email, re-activate your theme and plugins (in small batches) and retest to try and find the source of the issue.

    After update to woocommerce 3.3.3 stop working download product links.
    manual add download permission screnario
    – open order
    – Downloadable product permission – add for product: Dreamy Lilac
    problem: could not grant access – the user may already have permission for this file or billing email is not set. Ensure the billing email is set and the order has been saved
    checked: permission is not in DB wp_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions
    checked: billing email is set
    checked: produt has attributes Virtual & Downloadable & URL of file

    Please can you fix this problem?

    Have you tested this with only the WooCommerce plugin, and a default WordPress theme?

    I believe the cause of your problem is separate from the original user’s though, so please open up a new thread if you find the problem to still occur after following this guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4
