EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR

    Hi, we have a problem with configuration:

    Eroor:
    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v1.7.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Other SMTP
    PHPMailer was able to connect to SMTP server but failed while trying to send an email.

    ——————————–
    We used: 1.7.1, 1.8.1
    PHP: 7.3.1
    Wordpress: 5.3.1

    stmp: smtp.dpoczta.pl
    TLS: 25 or 587 (we used both)
    + Authentication ON

    We have 2 websites: domain.pl (here is a problem) and sub.domain.pl (here configuration is ok)
    anyway, users who has gmail – not receiving mails from Reset Passwords form

  • Hi @ideasun,

    Please share the full error log by sending a test email (under WPMailSMTP > Email Test) and share the details from that here? This will help us to get a better idea of what might be going on.

    Which password reset form are you using? Make sure the From Email in the password reset email matches the From Email set in your SMTP settings to improve email delivery. If you’re having issues with only a certain mailbox, there might be some kind of filtering.

    Hi, we had no time and changed plugin (works properly). I think there is a problem with DIVi framework.
