EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear about the “Data not accepted” error your site is experiencing.

This is most likely an issue with the email being sent from your site. The error message indicates that the email is being sent with data that your SMTP host does not accept. This usually happens because of incorrect “From Email” and can often be resolved by checking the “Force From Email” setting in WP Mail SMTP > Settings.

Please also make sure the From Email in your settings is correct.

Thank you for the reply.

I have checked and can confirm that FORCE FROM EMAIL is correct and after doing the TEST EMAIL the alert disappears. However it appears again after a day or two,….

How do we fix this?

If this issue is ongoing for you, could you please share the full error log?

To get the full error log, you can send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Settings > Email Test. Then, you should be able to see the full error log if (the error is still present). Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log. This will give us a better idea of what might be going on.
