Email deliverability Issue

    I am facing this email delivery issue despite using SMTP plugin. I guess it has more to do with my host server.

    Emails for new orders etc are often delayed for several hours or end up in spam box or don’t get delivered sometime. This not only hurts my website’s credibility but also affects business because some times when I reply to customer queries related to products, emails end up in spam box and therefore customer misses them.

    I was thinking of using Google gsuite for sending all emails of wordpress. Its quite cheap and I believe allows 2000 daily emails. Besides since it has payment portal of India, I can make payment using debit card and in Indian rupee.

    Will using Google gsuite take care of such issues?

    Hi @mayank29gupta –

    We cannot guarantee that using GSuite will fix these issues. What kind of email address are you using on your site right now? If at all possible, I would recommend setting up an email address that is from your site’s domain and using that with the SMTP plugin (making sure you fill in all of the login credentials and mail server information).
