I’m trying the following: when someone fills in a form on our website, we send them an email autoresponder.

What I would like to achieve is that the email, instead of being sent immediately, is sent a few minutes later, so that it simulates that the response is from a human.

Is it possible to delay the emails a few minutes using this plugin?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi @sottovoce,

The action scheduler is actually part of WooCommerce core and is not something that can be used to delay the sending of emails.

To delay email sending in WooCommerce you have two options.

    1. Have a developer write some custom code that could delay the email sending for you.
    2. Use a plugin like AutomateWoo, where you can create a custom email using a workflow that can be delayed for a set period of time from that email creation screen.

If using a plugin like AutomateWoo, you would need to deactivate the default WooCommerec email you’re replacing with your custom email from WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.

    I hope this helps.
