Email data is blank

  • Hi,

    I am trying to set this up on a website, but the fields are coming back blank when people submit the forms. It used to work on the old site but I’ve set up the site from scratch and now it’s not working anymore. I’m not sure if it’s something I’ve done wrong or if its not compatible with the version of WordPress I’m using? (which is version 3.9.2)

    This is how I currently have it set up:
    [found found-6] – which is in the form section
    Then [found-6] in the message body

    Is that correct? I’ve checked analytics and they are installed so I’m not sure what’s wrong!
