email data entry duplication

  • My Registration POP UP link from my Home Page Screen now asks for:
    email
    password
    ( disclaimer)
    password
    confirm password.

    How do I edit to remove the duplicate password and position of the disclaimer ?

    I am a layman and can’t code.
