Would you be able to tell us which Email Customizer plugin are you using or trying to use? Is it any of those?

• Or any other?

Same for the Checkout Field Editor, which one are you using?

• Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerceBy?ThemeHigh
• Checkout Field Editor by?Woo
• Or any other?

The reason I’m asking is to be able to point you in the right direction to get support. As @serafinnyc mentioned, we can’t provide support for third-party products, and you should ask their developers for help; if it’s a product sold in our marketplace, you can open a presales ticket, too, and you’ll get further support there.

But I will be happy to point you in the correct direction if you could tell me which Checkout Field Editor plugin are you referring to. There are a few with a similar name.

If you could share a link to the plugin, I may find and share a link for their support page.
Then you can post this question on their support page.
