Email Customizer Doesn’t Load Up

  • Email customizer doesn’t load up. Says ‘Please Wait, This may take a little while’ and never loads up.

    I am using mesmerize Pro theme and everything is updated. I deactiavted and reinstalled the Kadence plug-in but it still doesn’t work. Please help ??

    Are you having trouble with anything else loading on your site? Have you tried temporarily activating another theme to test?

    I do have the same issue with the mesmerize Pro theme..

    Hey @jancomer,
    Have you tried contacting the theme developers? I would suggest reaching out to them as I’m not able to duplicate this issue. Let me know how they respond!
