Hello, thank you for your awesome plugin for WP – Advanced Shipment Tracking. Just installed it and faced the following issue never described on the Support questions.

When I press “Tracking Info Display Designer” in plugin settings to change how emails will look it shows nothing just grey screen from the right part of the screen and an empty Widget menu in the left part of the screen, may you please suggest why that happens and how to solve that?
    Thank you for your help!

Hi, this issue is not related to our plugin, please make sure that WP, Plugins, and theme are up-to-date and if the issue continues, you should check for a conflict with other plugin, to do that, deactivate all your plugin and reactivate them one by one to find which one causes the js conflict.

Deactivated all the plugins, still the same.

I am sorry, this is a problem with your installation or some other issue, it’s not with our plugin, the errors you sent are not related to our plugin.
