    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Yes, you can use the option Verified Reviews: No Verification in the plugin settings Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder.
    And follow the solution below to override the default templates of our plugin.

    Can i add product image into email? Or order item table?

    Right now it only have order number and order list option.

    Hi,

    If you override the default template with code, you can add anything to the email as you can.
    Note: we don’t support customization code. If you are not able to do that, please contact an expert developer to help you.
