• Hello,
as I can not edit the Body Text of the email “Paid for Order” ( it is written “Hi there.” and not an official form of address), I decided to inform my customer about reveived payments with the email “On Hold Order”. But now this email is not sent. The only emails that are sent are the “Processing Order” and the “Completed Order”. But whenever I change the order status to “On hold” there is no email notification.
Kindly help me out. Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
This plugin should not control whether or not your emails send, only the styling of your WooCommerce emails. Can you confirm that your Order on-hold emails are enabled from WooCommerce > Settings > Emails?

    Kindly,

    Hello Hannah,
thank you. The “On hold” emails are enabled. So is there a way to change the Body Text of the email “Paid for Order”?

Do you mean the Customer Invoice email type? You should be able to set this from the Body Invoice Paid Text tab in the customizer.

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hello Hannah,

    unfortunately I can’t add screenshots.
    Email Type: Paid for Order
    Heading Text: Payment received

There is no field for Body Text, only for Additional Content.

    Hello,

There is no “Paid for Order” type in the WooCommerce core email templates – https://share.getcloudapp.com/P8uGvwW7.

Just to confirm, do you have another plugin that adds this email template? If so, please note that email templates from other plugins will only inherit the general styles from our plugin but you will not be able to change their texts within the email customizer.

If you want to change certain texts from that email template, try to do it in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. Or “translate” them using third-party plugins like Loco Translate.

Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Best Regards,
    Karla
