Email Counts Don’t Add Up

    Hi,

    I get the weekly emails for a number of sites and the totals don’t add up.

    For example, for website1, there were 163 emails total and 2 last week.

    Then this week there are 167 total and 2 last week.

    To my math, 163 + 2 = 165, not 167.

    And this type of math is off on almost all (if not all), my previous weekly emails now that I decided to examine them.

    Can you help me understand the count totals?

    Hi there @flatword,

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m checking in with our team about why the count may be off, but it may have to do with the Weekly Summary and when it gets counted into the total.
