Email content not showing in log

    I have turned on full email logging, ie to log content as well as metadata. But it does not work – still only logging metadata. What have I missed?

    The original email message can be viewed by clicking on the ‘Preview‘ button. If you have any other questions, please submit a ticket, as this forum is not intended for the functionality that is only available in Pro version.

    Thanks – yes that answers my question, but that’s a very odd name for that function. Preview normally means looking at something before committing to it, not after.
