I installed the Advanced Local Pickup for WooCommerce plugin for my website.

However when editing the content of my emails it doesnt allow for <br> code in the text so all the content in my emails is contained in one paragraph without <br>’s making my emails look really bad.

I would like my emails to look like this…

We’ll start processing your order and let you know when it’s ready for pickup.
    <br><br>
Keep an eye on your inbox. You’ll be hearing from us soon.
    <br><br>
    Thanks again,
    <br><br>
    The NutriGrubs Team

However the content in the email ends up looking like this…

We’ll start processing your order and let you know when it’s ready for pickup. Keep an eye on your inbox. You’ll be hearing from us soon. Thanks again, The NutriGrubs Team

    Please help

    Hi @asari74,
It’s not possible and we have an option time/slot functionality for pickup appointments in ALP PRO. You can see the PRO version.
    Thanks ??

Hi, I noticed that the update allowing HTML in the email content box has been released, however it doesn’t seem to work for me (no line breaks are added to the email when I place <br> tags). Is there a setting I need to enable for this to work?

    (@asari74)

Hi @zorem sure here you go:

This happaned once I go to woocommerce order and update status to Picked-up

    https://prnt.sc/dVk–00VekuB

But I did not get any critical error on my email as always nor my website is down works just fine and order status is changed to picked up acctually . But instead of just refreshing orders page and updating order status it gives me that message with header of logo from pickedup plugin.

No error messages here, just that the HTML tags don’t do any HTML! You can see on the preview page below and I can confirm that the emails come through without any line breaks too.
