    Hi @kaeligshebam

    Did you try turning on the email notification “New User Notification”? That notification sends the submitted information after the registration to admins. Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Emails > see “New User Notification”.

    Hi @kaeligshebam

    Have you tried changing the Admin email and see if the issue still occurs? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Emails > scroll at the bottom page and see “Admin E-mail Address”. Change it to a different email. Are you testing it with a local host/hosted on your computer or is it a live/staging site?

    Yes the mail is good to change but not working. I need to a smtp server ?

    Please try setting up an SMTP plugin and see if this will fix the relay issue.
