Email content

Hello,

Sorry if this is a basic question but I want to change the content of the email (preferably in HTML) that goes to the user when a password needs resetting, new registration etc.

I found out that if I change the class-password-reset.php file then I can do it but for obvious updating reasons – probably not a long lasting workaround.

Is there any other way to change the email content and format
