Email confirmations not being sent to User or Worker

Thsi plugin is exactly what I needed, Thank you.
I am however having an issue with email notifications not being sent to the user or worker after appointment has been booked. Any ideas why this might be happening? I have ticked send notifications to User and Worker in the settings.
