    Hello,

    I have already tried twice to submit a support ticket and always receive the message: “Your message was sent successfully. You will receive an email confirmation in a few minutes.” However, I never receive an email!

    I am having issues with the rating system. Specifically, it seems impossible to translate the “time ago” format in user reviews. If necessary, I would be fine with changing the time format to a standard date instead.

    Please provide feedback and assistance.

    Hello,

    I see your tickets in our system, a member of our team sill reply shortly. FYI our system will only send ONE email confirmation in 24h even if you submit multiple requests.

    thanks for the fast reply. The problem is that i didn’t receive any email and therefore didn’t knew if my request had been received at all.
