Email confirmation on support request not working

Hello,
I have already tried twice to submit a support ticket and always receive the message: “Your message was sent successfully. You will receive an email confirmation in a few minutes.” However, I never receive an email!
I am having issues with the rating system. Specifically, it seems impossible to translate the “time ago” format in user reviews. If necessary, I would be fine with changing the time format to a standard date instead.
Please provide feedback and assistance.
