Email confirmation link issue

Unfortunately, some email providers/apps can mark this kind of links as phishing and make them not clickable.

It may be caused by the fact that some apps truncate the URL characters after the mark question character?

It indeed can be due to this settings/feature, have you tried to check this on e.g gmail, outlook etc.?
