Email confirmation fails if address contains ‘+’

    Is user registers with an email address that contains the plus symbol +, email confirmation fails.

    User receives a confirmation email, but clicking on the link leads to the following error message:

    Sorry, we couldn’t find you. Please contact admin.

    Anyone having the same issue?
