  • Same problem here… I’ve tried two different email accounts for testing and no confirmation email is ever received… Does the author monitor this forum? I’ve seen this question listed multiple times and none are resolved is why I ask.

    can you install email-log plugin and check if there is any error, and also check for errors in server log. Which PHP version are you using? Make the wordpress debug on to check for error related to PHP versions

    The confirmation email isn’t being sent for me either. I opted not to use the ReadyGraph App. I installed the email-log and nothing is being logged.

    Wow, so many with the same problem as me. I’m having the exact same issue by the looks of it. Installed the log and not getting anything output to it. Is this even being developed anymore? Will have to find another plugin ??

    I’m using the widget, have tried multiple email addresses but nothing appearing in the SS log or email-log.
    If I add my WP user account as a subscriber I can send myself single emails and the post subscription works fine too, those don’t appear in the SS log either, but ARE logged with email-log.
