It seems that not. Let me explain in more details how wp-crm works. It does not have form for registration. Users creating on your site when someone use new email when submitting the form. So you can monitor user’s activity. You can also set and send passwords to users manually so they will have ability log in to your site which chosen role for them. Or users which know that they have account on your site can use default wordpress option “restore the password” using their emails.
