    The Email-configurator does’t open the email pages with the latest release 3.10.4.

    I logged in the site, and the new release message of Profile Builed plugin was sent to my mail box.

    I was in the process of modifying the text of the emails to the users but suddenly non list of messages was avaible either User email or Administrator email.

    Hi @aldogiga,

    We’re aware of the issue that you’ve described and our development team is working on a fix for this issue. The fix for this issue will be added in our next update to Profile Builder, until then you can downgrade Profile Builder to version 3.10.3. You can download this version from?here?(from the bottom of the page).

    I would also inform you that the message “Login details” does not have any customization possibility.

    It would be great if you can also add this capability to the plugin.

    Could you please share a screenshot with the exact “Login details” section you’re referring to?

    Hi @alexandrubodea, I cannot share any screenshot since there is none.

    I can only write you the sequence of actions I did.

    I registered a new user with all the required details including the e-mail.

    After that, the user received a message with the subject: “Login details” and in the message the “username”, the link to set/reset the password and the ling to perform the login.

    However in the setting of the Profile builder plugin there are many messages that can be customized but the Login details.

    Here you find the picture of the message received by the user (it is in italian).

    Actualy I would like to customize that message since I have a login page and do not use the wordpress login page for the users.

    Hi @aldogiga,

    The email example from your screenshot is the default WordPress Registration email. Most likely you’ve registered that user using the Default WordPress User Registration functionality (Dashboard -> Users -> Add New User). With the Profile Builder Email Customizer functionality, you will be customize only the emails that are sent by our plugin.

    For the user to receive the Profile Builder Registration email, the user will need to register by himself from the front-end Profile Builder Registration form, or you as an Administrator will need to go to the front-end page where you have the Profile Builder Registration form and register the users from there (and don’t forget to also check the “Send these credentials via email” checkbox.)

    Many thanks for your reply and courtesy.

    I tought the registration was the same for the plugin and wordpress but now it all understood and correctly done.

    I also updated to release 3.10.5 and the email issue is over.
