• Hello everyone!

I recently started to apply email marketing to my website, and I got a code from Aweber that I should place in my website to have a little sign up form to collect an email list.

Now there was an error to this, so when I try to place the code in to the widget it pops out, in the wrong place, like outside the whole widget area, and it doesn’t matter where I place it, it still pops out in the wrong place.

This as never happen to me before, is it possible that you guy’s take a look into this?

    Thanks for any help ??

  • Hi there,

its not a theme related issue, as the theme has no control over a 3rd party code. If you want to share a link to where we can see the issue we can take a look if that helps

In the meantime raise the issue with Aweber

    Hi,

Well it is something with the theme’s code that is interrupting the code that I got from Aweber, the thing is that I have another website, with the same type of email sign up form (not exactly) and this hasn’t happened to me before. That is why I wanted to reach out

As David suggested, this is highly unlikely a theme issue – conflicts can come from different sources.

Have you tried disable all plugins and and all custom functions except for Aweber to test first? Does the same issue occur when using a Twenty series WP theme?
