Email Client within WordPress

  • My client would like to have an email client within WordPress that her sales people could use to send emails to potential clients who are not WordPress users, rather than having the sales people use their own email client.

    They also want to be able to attach multiple files from the sales person’s Dropbox.

    She wants to do this so she can track the emails send by sales people.

    To summarize:
    Sales Person opens an email client in WordPress
    Enters the email address to send.
    Enters a message
    Attaches up to 5 files from local HD
    Send Message
    Email information is logged in WordPress.

    This is crazy, but can anyone point me to a plugin, or some sort of solution I could implement? Or some part of WordPress that might do this?

    Just a note.

    I have reviewed all of the Form plugins (ie Gravity Forms, Contact Form, etc.) and am unable to find any solution with these products.
