Email Change – Delivery issue

I have been using PostMan for the past few months with no problem up till today. All of our emails were being done through [email protected]. Recently, we had an email change up, and wanted to use [email protected]. Steps I took.
1. Edited the From Name (support) to (office) that didn’t work. Was still getting emails to support and not office.
2. Tried doing the whole re-authentication process (Oauth) all over again. That partially worked. E-mails are sent FROM office, but for some reason are copied in the TO field for support.What I am looking for.
1. All emails to be sent from office (which is working)
2. All emails arrive in the office email (not working – going to support)I am using the default WP Contact Us Form.
3. I would like when the user puts in their e-mail address in the form, when I receive it in my email account, I would like when I push “reply” it goes to them, and not to me again.Thanks
