Email cannot be received by Google email even using the same configuration

Hello,

I use contact form 7 into an eShop using WordPress 5.7 version. The currect site is used temporally. I setup the same form settings using my site https://www.ggeorgiou.gr/ contact form 7 plugin except the recaptcha integration. However i tried several times to send email to my GMail from the temp eShop and only the first time i received the email.

Why contact form 7 operates like this? I’ll move the site to the original site location shortly. Will operate if i make the recaptca integration? Should i look anything else?
