email button not doing anything

    I would like the user to be able to send a link to the post by email.
    When I click on the email button it just opens a tab with mailto:?subject=…
    but there is no place to put in the email address to send the email to.
    How is this supposed to work?

    Thanks for downloading. How the email share works depends on your browswer because we use a standard mailto link. Usually this will open your default mail client, or if you use gmail and have chrome configured to do so, it will open a browser window with a gmail compose email page. It sounds like maybe your browser doesn’t have a default mail client set in your settings.

    Same problem for me, when I click the email button, it opens a new tab with mailto:?subject=Visit%20this%20site%[…..] as url, but it doesn’t open my mail client as usually a mailto: link would do. I tried with Chrome and Safari.
