Email button

  • Hi all,
    As you may already figure it out, i am clueless about codes. -:)
    so please someone guide me how to do this:

    where do I find the href filed and all the rest?

    “It should work with a mailto: in the a href field. Try these values when you add it:

    Title: Send Mail (or whatever)
    Icon Name: fa-envelope
    Link: mailto:[email protected] ”

  • Hi!

    In Theme Options > Social Links, you would click “Add New” and add those as described above:

    Title: Send Mail
    Icon Name: fa-envelope
    Link: mailto:[email protected]

    Adding “mailto:” at the beginning will turn it into a mail link, rather than a normal one.

    I can see the email icon now, but when i click it, to try if it works i am getting error:

    “You are about to log in to the site “name.com” with the username “mailto”, but the website does not require authentication. This may be an attempt to trick you.”
