Email box missing on checkout page

    For some reason when I test the checkout procedure the email field isn’t there on the checkout page.

    I have it activated and set to mandatory in the store settings but it’s missing and I can’t checkout without it.

    It’s not even listed in the code on the page when I press Ctrl-U.

    I can’t launch this site until this is fixed.
