email-box border doesn't fit

Hi,

The opt-in Box in the upper-right corner has an ill-fitting black border which as you can see here: tomjdolan.com doesn’t extend to the bottom of the Box. Although I can handle a lot of css styling, and I didn’t/couldn’t write this code, I would like to repair the Border.

Any helpful advice on this issue is appreciated. Thanx in advance.
