Email before download – email address does not appear in download log

    I am using Email before download, Download Monitor and Custom Forms 7 in combination.

    The Download log records the downloads correctly, but user column reflects “”Non-Member” instead of the users email address as I would have expected.

    Is this the way the plugin is supposed to work?

    If not does the problem lie with my setup, Download Monitor or Email before Download?

    How can I fix it?

    are you looking at the csv log downloaded from within the Email Before Download settings page or are you looking at the Download Monitor log?
