As you see, the mail mint automation has to send a “Welcome abroad” email whoever is submitting the newsletter form. This is a simple opt-in automation. When the user submit their email in the newsletter, The trigger works,

Totally 7 contacts and 100% of triggering process is done

Then, it start assigning the tags for 7 contacts and it also 100% process is done

Finally it has to send the welcome email. you can see 7 contacts but 0% is done.

Initially I was thinking this may be an wp-smtp error, then i went to WP-SMTP to check and everything, and all are working fine, Then I went back to the Automation and there is an option called “Preview and Test”, i click it, it is working fine and i’m able to receive the test mail successfully, So it is clear the error must be in plugin to automate this process. it’s not sending the email automatically.

And one more thing, I’m able to receive the double opt-in confirmation mail automatically, It means the the Email is working, but the Automation process is not triggering the email to send. What can be the cause for this.

Could you please help me out. I attached the screenshot below I received from FluentSMTP logs, and confirmation email i received from my mail.

    Note:

But, You can see there is no email from automation, it means that feature is still not triggering or not working. ??

Hi @amajeedali0 , from your automation workflow, I can see the trigger you have set is “Form Submitted” and the automation worked until when it came the time to send the email.

To help you, can you please send us an email with the following details:

    1. Which SMTP provider are you using?
    2. A link to a page where you have placed this form? Then we can submit the form and see if we receive the email.
    3. Go to WooCommerce > Status and here go to the Scheduled Actions tab. Here, search for the term “mint.” From the results, click on the “Failed” tab and give a screenshot of the first few failed scheduled actions you see there.
    4. A screenshot of the Settings window for the Email step you have in the workflow (including all details such as Sender email, reply email, subject line, etc.)

Once you reach us and we take a look, we will assist you promptly.

    Thanks.
