Email automatic is not working

  • Hi, thank for creating a great plugin.

    I have a problem:

    The automatic emails is not working, for example if an user send a private message the other user dont received any email… So it is a really big problem because the users doesn’t get any notifications.

    It happens the same when some user send a smile or a request

    And I have read from the details, the automatics email is working, why is not working for me?

    Can anybody help me please?

    Hi,

    Automatics emails are sent once an hour. It’s not instantaneous.

    You can check the “Max number of mails sent per hour” in Rencontre > General > E-mails.
    You can also click “Lost your password?” in login form to test your WP.

    Yes, it’s ok, I’ve could check it and the email are sent once an hour.
