Email auto send on dating site – how to?

  • Hello,

    I am running my dating site, with several news profiles every day. Every profile has its location written in.

    My question – i would like wordpress to dispatch email containing another new profiles which are close to target profile locations.

    Email like “Hey User541, check these new users staying close to you”

    Any sugestions how to do this? I cannot find any plugin, maybe I am seeking wrong.
