Email are not sent

    default email about a new order to the client and to me are not sent. After disabling the plugin, messages are sent.

    “Heads up! The last email your site attempted to send was unsuccessful.

    Email Source: WooCommerce
    Mailer: Other SMTP
    You must provide at least one recipient email address.”

    Type: Error
    Mailer: Other SMTP
    You must provide at least one recipient email address.

  • I can confirm this is happening. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

    As a temporary workaround, you can comment out this line, #1202 in the latest version, of inc/wos-emails.php:

    $args[‘to’] = ‘DENIED BY RULES – ‘.$args[‘to’];

    Thank you to both of you for narrowing down this issue. I will take care of with detailed troubleshooting.

    I tried commenting out that line and it didn’t fix the issue. still not receiving New Order emails. Unfortunately had to disable the plugin since we do hundreds of orders a day but the plugin looks very useful

    Not all of the users are facing this issue, please make sure your are using the latest version, right?
