Email are not sending

    Hey, I tried to put the %CONTACT_1% (i have only one contact field the email), but emails are not sending. I tested to put a full email address like [email protected] and this way the email was sent but I need to use the email the user puts in the contact form.

    Hi @teglasnoemi,

    Please put the full email address in the email field under Email tab.

    I request you to please check if you are receiving emails from your website or not. Because QSM uses WordPress functionality to send emails. To check this, please change your email id under the “User” section of your website. Please check if you receive the confirmation email regarding the email change on your new email address.

    After that try installing the SMTP plugin on your website to check whether this resolves the issue or not.

    @expresstechsupport with the full address is working the problem is when I try to send e-mails using the %CONTACT_X% variable if I put this variable in the body message it shows the input email address in the contact field but if I put it in the “Who to send the email to?” field from the Email tab the email is not sent. It works just with a full email address but I need the variable address inserted in the contact form.

    And yes I can send other emails from the website

    Hi @teglasnoemi,

    The %CONTACT_X% variable only works in the body message and not in the Email field. You can either put %USER_EMAIL% variable inside the email field or the full email address in the email field.
