Email address when adding a job & Company logo

Im using the plugin for a a simple recruitment firm.

So the application is always to the recruitment firm.
When adding a new job there is the field for entering the email address for the job application to be sent to and a field to add the company logo of the comapny.

In 99% of occassions, this is always going to be the same, is it possible to have these feels pre-filled (with the option to overide, should the need arise) ?
