    Hello Community,

    I have a serious problem with the Woocommerce email. I can’t modify my email, and it looks terrible when I make a test order. I tried several plugins to customize the template email, but nothing has worked. I receive the same email all the time.

    Could anyone suggest a solution to this issue? Many thanks.
    Please keep it in mind I am not a pro ??

    Hi there,

    The screenshot you provided shows an email template that does not look like the default ones that ship with WooCommerce:

    That means something is overriding the default templates, and it sounds like those plugins you’ve tried are basing their modification on those overridden templates.

    The overrides usually come from the theme, but it could also be another plugin. This document explains how that works, and gives examples of where template overrides can usually be found in the directories of themes or plugins:

    You could also swap out your theme, and disable non-WooCommerce plugins, sending email in between to find out what’s adding them. If you want to go that route, the Conflict Test docs can guide you through the process:
