    This may be best to speak with the developer of the Stripe and WooCommerce integration plugin directly. You can post your question at this link.

    You can also try the default Stripe payment gateway that comes with the WooCommerce Core plugin as it does support Apple Pay. Setup instructions are at this link.

    If you have that set up and test and it is still doing it with the default Stripe set up, please reply here and let us know!
