Email and Phone number missing in customer e-mail

So I’m setting up a simple shopping site for my sister and I’m testing the site at the moment.
One issue I can’t find a way around is that of missing email and phone number in emails sent to the Shop owner and Customer.

How do I fix this please?
P.S: I’m running WooCommerce 3.6.3, WordPress 5.2.1 and Using StoreFront (Boutique child theme)
