• I’m using Ninja Forms 2.9.16

    I’ve never run into this issue, so not sure what’s going on. In my Email to Admin action, it will only send to the administrator if both the from and to email addresses are the admin emails. If I set the from to my email, and leave the to alone, I get the submission notification. In my Email to User action, I set the from as the admin email, and the to as the form email field, this results in the admin getting the “thank you” email. It’s as if the two fields are switched around in the code in both cases.

    I’m having this same issue on another website. The From and To have to be the same in order for the form to get to the correct recipient. I’m using SendGrid for SMTP and can verify that the email is not being processed.
