    Hello,
    i have installed Hustle and MailChimp to help me generate an email list. However, when I did a few test emails on my site, I says something along the lines of ‘this email is already subscribed”, even though I know it is not and I cannot find it in the lists on my mailchimp account. How do I fix this so my customers can successfully opt in their emails, and where can I find them afterwards?

    Hope all is well!

    Please let us know more information about your set up. Is the “Local Hustle List” option is enabled? If yes, please view local email list and check if teh email is submitted in there:

    Does the error show when you’re trying to submit any email address?

    I’ve visited your site. though unfortunately, the Hustle form is not loading. If it is deactivated, would you please enable it and share here a link to the page where it is showing so we could have a closer look at the issue?

    Hello.
    Similar problem here. Hustle says: “This email address has already subscribed.” It happens when I try to subscribe with the same email address for the second time. But of course, I didn’t confirm it for the first time (through opt-in), so it should behave like it’s not in the list. And it obviously isn’t, because my list in MailChimp stays totally empty.

    Furthermore, the error shows with some email addresses already for the first time.

    Local Hustle list is disabled.

    Pop-up is set on exit.

    So far I have tried to disable all plugins and pause Cloudflare with no results.
