    We’ve been receiving security alerts Increased Attack Rate every 5 minutes since:
    March 30, 2018 11:55am 198.72.120.159 (Canada) Blocked because the IP is blacklisted.

    We change the Email Alert Preferences but unable to save changes.
    We would appreciate something me advise on this issue.

  • Hi @dearjudy131,

    Can you confirm that on the “Wordfence –> Tools –> Diagnostics” page all checks read OK?

    Also as this could be caused by a conflict with one of the plugins installed or the theme you’re using.

    Could you please try switching to a default theme or disabling all other plugins and reactivating them one by one to see if the issue is indeed related to a conflict?

    To do so I recommend the “Health Check” plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.

    Thank you @wfyann for you reply.

    I found the problem. I was using my iPad for checking the Wordfence’s “All Options” and the tab “Save Changes” was not showing on that page. It’s fine on the bigger screen.
